Boardcorps Guide to Board Service: People join nonprofit boards because they care about the mission, but many are unprepared for the challenges of governing a nonprofit in today's complex environment. In partnership with The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University, we offer two-hour training sessions for boards that help them to harness their skills and energy to advance their organization's mission.
The Dodge Foundation Board Leadership Series: New Jersey's Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation will once again be offering their free board leadership series in 2011-2012. Allison will be facilitating A Strategic Approach to Strategic Planning in December and The Board's Role in Fundraising in March.
